BJP leader attacks Shiv Sena as MVA ally Congress set to open Tipu Sultan Maidan in Mumbai

The party national spokesperson shared an image of the maidan’s hoarding and questioned Sena’s commitment to Hindutva

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Shehzad Poonawalla on Tuesday launched attack on Shiv Sena as its MVA ally Congress is set to inaugurate Tipu Sultan Maidan in Mumbai’s Malad on January 26.

The party national spokesperson shared an image of the maidan’s hoarding and questioned Sena’s commitment to Hindutva.

Earlier, on Sunday, Maharashtra CM while addressing his party members on the occasion of his father Bal Thackeray’s 96^th birth anniversary had said they “wasted 25 years in alliance with the BJP” and that the ruling party only uses Hindutva for political gains.

This kicked up a war of words between the two parties with each attacking the other on their Hindutva politics.
