Days after the death of a three-year-old boy who fell from the 6th floor of the Garware Club, the Marine Drive Police has registered a case against an unknown person after the family complained against the managing committee of the Garware Club. The family has alleged that it was negligence on the part of the club that a portion of the glass railing on the staircase was missing, due to which three-year-old Haridyansh Rathod fell to the ground floor and died.
