Nicolas Sarkozy orders Carla Bruni to end holiday with lover

The French president confirmed he would travel to Britain tomorrow without his wife, amid reports that the marriage is over.
Sarkozy is said to have hit the roof after Bruni (42) jetted to Thailand with handsome singer Benjamin Biolay (37) several weeks ago.
The pair are old friends but Sarkozy reportedly rumbled it was a romantic break.

Respected Swiss newspaper Tribune de Geneve wrote yesterday it "was cut short by Nicolas Sarkozy himself".
It added, "The president chartered a plane to bring his wife back to Paris."
But the lovers are now reported to be living together in the capital.
And Sarkozy (55) is said to be having his own fling with environment minister Chantal Jouanno. It is rumoured to have begun when she comforted him while Carla was in Thailand.
Sarkozy and Bruni met soon after his divorce from his second wife Cecilia, and got married after a three-month whirlwind romance.
