Kenkre FC hold Bank of India 1-1

A young and determined Kenkre FC U-19 held the experienced Bank of India to a 1-1 draw in their Super Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) League at the Xaverian Ground in Parel yesterday.

After a barren first half, the Kenkre youngsters snatched the lead though Shavez Surve’s strike in the 64th minute. Sagar Bedekar found the back of the net four minutes later for Bank of India too long to restore parity.u00a0
